Individual Sessions: $160.00 per session
Couples / Family Sessions: $210.00 per session. GST not included.

If you would like counselling but due to financial hardship cannot afford my full fee, please reach out as I am open to discussing a reduced rate.

How to Pay

An invoice will be emailed to you for easy online payment.

​Once an appointment is booked, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel it. This helps me make the time available to other clients.
​
If sufficient notice isn't given, the full session fee will apply. The good news: If we find another time that same week for you to attend, the cancellation fee won't be charged.

Life can be unpredictable! If something unavoidable happens, please reach out – I'm always open to a conversation about genuine emergencies.

Funding
- Free counselling for young people aged 12-25 years.
I am affiliated with Gumboot Friday. If you are aged between 12-25 years, you can access up to two free sessions through the IAMHope Foundation.

– Free counselling for young people aged 12-24 years
If you are aged between 12-24 years, you can access up to four free sessions through Te Puna Manawa Trust
​
WINZ Subsidies
If you currently receive a benefit from Work and Income New Zealand, you will be able to apply through your GP for a disability allowance to contribute to our sessions. If you are not receiving a benefit, you can still apply – check criteria here
WINZ currently covers $80.35 per session. This means that you can either top-up the rest to meet my full fee, or we can see each other fortnightly.
WINZ will pay you direct; and then you will need to pay me online.
Email me and I will send you a pre-filled form.
You will need to get your GP to fill in their section and then you'll submit this to WINZ.
